Fashion week attending biography sara silvio
This is one of the guests at the Fashion week, she is a very talented woman living with her husband and children, Her peices of jewelry range from $65.00 to $450.00.
Sara Silvio worked at her cousins bead shop as a teen.
She thought jewelry design might be her career choice. So while she majored in women's studies at State University at Buffalo and then Mills College in Oakland, Calif., she kept her heart in her craft.
After graduating college she sold her jewelry in New York and San Fransico.
She is inspired by the art of adornment,"It's a dialogue that crosses borders and embraces possibilities," she says. "Through my jewelry, I hope to expand the conversation."

african american tribal jewelry
The oldest peices of jewelry were found at the Blombos cave in south africa, and is estimated to be 75,000 years old. You see even 75,000 years ago people would decorate themselves, As we can see its in our nature to collect peices of jewelry to show off, as well as show case our creativity.
Some of the items used for making jewelry was crude items being, stone, bone, wood, and Teeth, later africans found the asians would trade them for african ivory. In the mid 1860's the De Beers Farm found the first Diamonds thus starting and feuling the diamond trade that continues to this day.
